Outside of work, Adrian stays fit by competing in triathlons and has represented Great Britain at European and World Championship events for his age group.

A natural ‘people person,’ she excels at helping clients, understanding their goals, and finding ways to achieve them. Charlotte is enjoying her return to office life and building strong client relationships. In her spare time, she loves reading, outdoor activities, and rekindling her passion for floristry. Her two young children also keep her busy!
